Houseboats in Kerala, south India, are massive, slow-shifting barges used for enjoyment journeys. They are a transformed model of Kettuvallams (within the Malayalam language, Kettu method "tied with ropes", and vallam method "boat"), which, in in advance instances, have been used to hold rice and spices from Kuttanad to the Kochi port. Kerala houseboats have been considered a handy approach of transportation.

Itinerary

Day01
Reach Munnar & Stay
On arrival at Cochin, you will be transferred to Munnar. Upon arrival check in at hotel. Munnar is located at the confluence of 03 rivers as the very name signifies. The sprawling tea plantations and picturesque towns make Munnar a popular hill resort town in South India. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at the Hotel.
Day02
Munnar Sightseeing
In the morning start the sightseeing of Munnar visiting the tea plantations, Tea Museum, the Eravikulam National park home of the endangered Niligiri Thar (Ibex), followed by visit to the Mattupetty dam, the the Kundala Lake and other scenic spots. Overnight stay at the Hotel.
Day03
Reach Alleppey & Sightseeing
Morning leave for Alleppey. Rest of the day at leisure on the House Boat which is world's major tourist attraction. Houseboat check in at 12Noon and cruises till 5PM, Boat will be anchored till 8AM and cruises till 9AM for checkout A/C Houseboat, A/C will be operating from 9PM till 6AM only (All houseboat related inclusions are applicable only if the Itinerary is including Houseboat stay)
Day04
After breakfast proceed to Cochin airport & Drop
After breakfast, enjoy a small cruise through the lake. Later at 0900 Hrs, boat arrives at Alleppey finishing point jetty. Check out from houseboat and we drive to Kochi Airport/Railway Station. Distance between Alleppey to Cochin is 85 Kms / 1.5 Hours by road.

Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 10% of the tour cost
30 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
15 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost
0 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given
Please note cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy. In peak season, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation

30% advance payment at time of booking if travel is after 30 days from booking date
100% payment required for flight booking
