Overview

The tents atRann Utsav – Tent City are arranged in C-shaped clusters; at the same time asextra areas include separate dining halls, each spanning about 1,200 sq. Mt.Also covered is a reception location to welcome the visitors, a conventioncorridor for massive gatherings, a club residence for indoor sports activities,and a restaurant and rejuvenation centre for undertaking. The handicraft bazaarprovides local artisans a great platform to exhibit their paintings, whilst theactivity region is used for more than a few performances and wonderfulsuggests.

To and fro transfers between Bhuj (Airport / Railway Station and Dhordo Tent City, in A.C. Coaches on SIC basis)
Complimentary refreshments will be served en route Dhordo Tent City in the bus.
Accommodation in Tent is on twin sharing basis
Two bottles of drinking water per day per tent will be provided
2 Night/3 Day Package includes Lunch, High-Tea & Dinner on 1st Day, Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, High-Tea & Dinner on 2nd Day and Morning Tea & Breakfast on 3rd Day. The meals will be served as per scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 3rd Day
Visit to White Ran on Day 1; visit to Mandvi on Day 2 and visit to Kala Dungar on Day 3 in 3 Night/4 Days package whereas Visit to White Ran on Day 1 and Visit to Kala Dungar on Day 2 in 2 Night/3 Days package are ﬁxed & cannot be inter-changed. Guest who have missed the visit as per Itinerary may be included on request on a chargeable basis

Exclusions

Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes. Tax rate would be 18% GST (9% CGST and 9% SGST)
Rates on single occupancy basis will be 75% of the basic cost (75% of double occupancy amount)
In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 yrs. of age will be charged as extra person (with mattress)

TRANSFERS FROM BHUJ TO TENT CITY DHORDO: ON FIXED TIMINGS: 08:15 AM from Railway Station/ Airport Bhuj 10:30 AM from Railway Station 02:30 PM from Railway Station Bhuj 03:30 PM from Airport Bhuj AND INDIVIDUAL TRANSFERS [on chargeable basis] NO TRANSFERS WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER ABOVE TIMING ALLOTMENT OF TENT TO GUEST ARRIVING BEFORE CHECK-IN TIME WILL BE SUBJECT TO AVAILIBILITY. • Distance from Bhuj to Tent City Dhordo is approx. 85 Kms., which takes approx. 1 hour 45 min. • Complimentary Refreshment enroute Dhordo in bus. The package once booked is refundable and cancellable
Flight cancellation will be as per airline cancellation policy
Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 10% of the tour cost
30 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
15 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost
0 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given
Please note cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy. In peak season, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation

Payment Term

30% advance payment at time of booking if travel is after 30 days from booking date
100% payment required for flight booking
Balance 15 days Prior to Guest Check in
